FINOCHIETTO 431 – EDIFICIO DE OFICINAS, BUENOS AIRES - ARGENTINA
A partir de la necesidad del propietario en reformular el proyecto original, DI-GE empresa fundada y dirigida por Pablo Schaer, fue contratado para gerenciar todo el proceso de rediseño del edificio y transformarlo en un edificio de oficinas corporativas. Cumpliendo con los estrictos parámetros que establece el Instituto de Preservación Histórica de Buenos Aires, la Arqta. Estela Alvarenga especialista en Preservación Historica, llevó adelante los proyectos de remodelación y reciclaje. en este edificio situado en Parque Lezama.

Arising from the owner´s need to reformulate the project, DI-GE, founded & managed by Pablo Schaer, was hired to manage the entire refurbishing process of the building and turning it into an office building. In compliance with the parameters established by the Historical Protection Area Institute of Buenos Aires, Arch. Estela Alvarenga, who specializes in historical preservation, carried out the refurbishments project at this building located next to Parque Lezama.
